Katherine is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of experience supporting government contractors. She began her career as a staff accountant for a mid-sized GovCon firm before moving into public accounting, where she specialized in consulting and attestation engagements. Her roles included serving as interim controller for multiple clients and supporting a wide range of contract types and compliance environments.

Prior to joining GovCon Synergies, Katherine was the Controller of a high-growth federal contractor. There, she led a Unanet ERP implementation, streamlined financial operations, and built out the accounting team during a period of 150% revenue growth.
