Her background includes full-cycle accounting operations, audit coordination, ERP troubleshooting, and process improvement. Prior to joining GovCon Synergies, she gained valuable experience in both corporate and GovCon environments, including time at PwC in tax services. Ashley has also led successful ERP system migrations and mentored junior staff into senior roles.
